Lets share a little about how this has taken place

I will start at the very end of the journey even as it is unfolding as it is most important what I do in the now and what we do in the now.  The land for BHCO was purchased on Red Adams with an array of possibilities in mind,I mean it is wright down the street from my house. It had potential as a home base business and even sits in an enterprise zone.At one time I wanted to put a saw mill there, which was partly the influence for buying the other lots on New and Washington. It is even where I met Preacher Dan who gave me an old army tent for the mill which is now currently stretched over a frame in my back yard .
As I checked into things I purchased the other lots and was going to harvest the trees and build some slab type 20,000 dollar homes.Even building a circle drive to have a couple persons under the same roof, not a nursing home a villa of old folks who are able to live without assistance but are living a lonely existence in between.Anyway that passed by quickly but no detail went unexplored,it was the square footage minimums that made it impossible.I will say my idea worked for all ages with modesty.
But as many of you probably dont know is that I seem to have to do everything the hard way. There is freedom in manual labor ,and I had lots of time to think as I worked,I argued the logic of all the decisions and that is when instantaneously and with incredible doubt BHCO began forming with all its details while my body labored to get trees in the ground. All of this while living with all BHCO could be but not knowing how to "get the paperwork done".The reality seems to be that the way it is currently presenting itself is that with BHCO there are some "known  unknowns"(I have dedicated all my money to BHCO and we have gone without as a family because of it,not to mention the uncertainty my future holds) as well as "unknown  known's", such as how is this continuing without more public support ,and thats not a dig.People are busy and I understand and we are all broke even when its the polite response and not the truth so I hate asking ,and so I dont besides without the attorneys all gifted money has remained untouched while BHCO completely forms and has a more permanent direction. This is the now however and I will be looking for your support  physically and financially.I cant see how I can go further without out it.I have faith all will present itself, maybe I was the one to get BHCO ready for someone else,Whatever the next move it so far contains a festival hopefully in May and some new investment trees will go into the ground soon. Both which will be given in better detail,I just wanted to share a little.

Its a big year

This year is going to be incredibly exciting, and I am not just talking about the seemingly convergence of so many prophesies. Not that I dont believe, its just that we should concentrate on what we should always do as individuals to prepare either way.Coming together as a community shouldnt be overlooked! If disaster is looming it is important for survival we stick together,so why shouldnt "sticking together" be the focus of a small town at any given time.I hope to help the community come together for blossom festival soon .I just dont have the resources I need to make it happen just yet, what i do have is a renewed hope.Someone has quietly picked up the huge pile of aquafina bottles on the New Street site..THANK YOU this little act of random kindness has reopened the doorway for so much more.Someone I didnt even know has given me a piece of land that will be used for retirement trees and someone has given me a good deal on some land that will be used for the festival.
How awesome is that.Oh yea I got working on permission for the festival and guess what? so far so good.Boy do I need help with so much,Any volunteers?  My vision again for the festival is family and fun and hopefully food(I just have to talk with the health department on that one).
So many persons have come together to get this far just to get the land.I can hardly wait to see what the outcome will be.
I hope I find some gold on my journey this spring so the work can continue.Even if I dont find gold I Have a renewed faith.
Unless we find a new spot for the festival ,In that we do find a new spot or just leave out a few trees that can be planted directly after the festival in case I get a flop of a festival.besides im worried about even being able to purchase insurance, maybe the use of public property as more of a gathering? We have time because either way I will purchase enough trees to fill the lots,If I have excess I will offer them to the public.

well I gues its high time for something right

My house stuff is coming to a close and a new land purchase is being considered for " retirement trees" you purchase a seedling from BHCO and we maintain that seedling until it reaches adult hood. The tree will be worth  250.00 to 10,000 dollars,Grafted trees will be used to ensure as many veneer or 10,000 dollar logs as possible. In town logs can be better for harvest because of a more controlled environment.Once planted 35 to 40 years until harvest will help with children and grand children expenses.BHCO will maintain the forest for the nuts. Its a win win.I hope to have this project underway at the same time Im building a "trading post" for blossom days.
